We offer one free return/ exchange shipping per order. 

We do not refund shipping fees. 

Final sale items and international orders cannot be returned. 

Yes! We offer hassle-free exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for the same style but a different size, you can initiate the exchange directly on our returns platform in link above. If you want to exchange for a different style, you can either return the item using link above and re-order the desired style or send us an email and we will process the exchange for another style. Your exchange order will ship when the original order has been returned at a Happy Returns Return Bar or sent back via the mail.
