We accept returns received within 30 days of order; items must not have been worn, show no signs of wear or damage and must be in original packaging.

We offer one free return/ exchange shipping per order for up to 2 pairs of shoes. We will charge a restocking fee of $8 on additional pairs returned. We also charge a restocking fee of $15 as of the 3rd order returned.

We do not refund shipping fees. 

Final sale items and international orders cannot be returned.

Yes! We offer hassle-free exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for the same style but a different size, you can initiate the exchange directly on our returns platform in link above. If you want to exchange for a different style, you can either return the item using link above and re-order the desired style or send us an email and we will process the exchange for another style. Your exchange order will ship when the original order has been returned.
