I ordered a 37 size sandal and received a 38. When I explained the situation I was told that I had to make the return before they could send the correct pair I originally ordered. I sent them back the following day and checked online to make sure they still had size 37. By the time Spanish Sandals received the return my size was no longer available. They did not care or do anything to compensate their mistake. Truly disappointing experience.
