Amazing customer service!!

Original size ordered was too small. Rep was super awesome!! She worked with me, I have my shoes now. Shoe is good, but will hurt feet after several hours on, and leaves my toes black. But they look pretty, if wearing for a short while, they are excellent !!

Shoes never showed up

I have yet to receive my shoes. Apparently they were never sent according to Fedex. I contacted customer service they said they would send another pair when they were in stock. So, who knows. If I do not get them by next week, I will ask for a refund. Very disappointed.
