Excellent—and the staff, too

Comfortable and easy to wear—and just such a beautiful shoe. Delivery was mistakenly given to a neighbor and presumed lost, and staff was incredibly helpful with filing a shipping report. Thankful I got to cancel it after package was returned! Adore these shoes.
